The Georgia Early Care and Schooling Harvest of the Month is a collaborative marketing campaign to advertise native, seasonal vegetables and fruit in youngster care settings.
The initiative is led by High quality Take care of Kids, Georgia Organics, and the Georgia Division of Early Care and Studying.
To assist the state-wide initiative, High quality Take care of Kids has developed a wide range of sources for youngster care suppliers, together with:

Cookbook that includes recipes created by Georgia youngster care suppliers

Dedicated webpage to advertise every Harvest of the Month merchandise, together with classroom exercise concepts, recipes, a guide record, and a household e-newsletter obtainable in each English and Spanish

Digital and in-person training opportunities to assist youngster care suppliers procure and put together locally-grown meals, and to combine gardening and food-based studying actions within the classroom
October’s Harvest of the Month merchandise is spinach to align with Georgia Organics’ “Spinach to Win It!” marketing campaign to get youngsters consuming, rising and collaborating in Farm to ECE actions throughout Nationwide Farm to College Month.
